There are some very good ideas in this book to help women understand and accept their role better. Women don't get it that what they are naturally good at is a major asset in the business world not a drawback! This book helped me to realize that I need to use my female traits as positive influences in my world of negotiation. I'm really better equipped at this than I once thought--and so are you.
